Liver health: Oral steroids and hepatotoxicity.

Liver health’s important ..,I’ve been digging deeper into liver health lately, especially when it comes to oral steroids and hepatotoxicity. We all know orals hit differently compared to injectables because they’re processed through the liver. Even “milder” compounds still stress liver enzymes depending on dose and duration.
From what I understand, most oral steroids are modified (like 17-aa structure) to survive digestion, but that same modification is what increases liver strain. Elevated AST/ALT seems pretty common mid-cycle. Some guys say it’s manageable with proper support, others say it’s not worth the risk long term.
