Rebuilding After Surgery: Stacking Peptides, Hormones & Timing It Right , Are we actually rebuilding better tissue or just accelerating the timeline?

Coming back from surgery isn’t just about healing it’s about rebuilding smarter and stronger.
A lot of lifters are looking at BPC-157 as a foundation for post-op recovery, especially for tendon, ligament or muscle repairs.
The big question isn’t just whether to use it ,it’s when to introduce it in the healing timeline.
Some are stacking TB-500 during the proliferation phase to support tissue remodeling. Others wait until inflammation stabilizes before adding growth-focused compounds.
Then comes the hormonal side.
Is it smarter to:
Keep hormones minimal early and let inflammation do its job?
Introduce GH support via CJC-1295 during tissue rebuilding?
Bring in IGF-1 LR3 only once structural integrity is restored?
There’s also the risk factor:
Rebuilding muscle too fast while connective tissue is still weak can increase re-tear risk. Faster isn’t always stronger.
Key discussion points:
Best phase to start BPC post-surgery
When to layer in TB-500
Timing anabolic support without compromising healing
Preventing scar tissue adhesions
Ensuring tendon strength catches up to muscle regain
