start paying attention once hematocrit crosses 52%

Anything over range plus symptoms action immediately.

Numbers alone 55% is my hard stop

don’t wait for symptoms past 53–54%

Trend matters fast rise worries me more than the number

52% tighten lifestyle 54% intervene.

I intervene earlier if BP or lipids are off too

I’d rather under run than gamble with blood thickness

If resting HR climbs with HCT I act fast

I don’t wait for headaches or nosebleeds

If cardio and hydration don’t slow it I change variables

I won’t normalize out-ofrange numbers just because I feel fine

Once labs force frequent donations something’s wrong
