Wanna know the better brewing method ..??????????
Could be either bad raws or a sloppy process.
First thing I question is the raw quality.
Method matters, but trash raws won’t magically behave.
Clean setup usually exposes bad material fast.
If it clumps weird, that’s a red flag to me.
People blame technique too quick sometimes.
Same method, different result usually points to the raw.
Inconsistency batch to batch tells the story.
Good raws are way more forgiving.
When both are solid, dissolving shouldn’t be a fight.
